I would like to take this opportunity to truly applaud the entire staff of the Days Inn in Carlisle, PA. I had the pleasure of staying there for nearly two weeks and I can not express how wonderful every aspect of my stay was- service, cleanliness, breakfast, amenities were all exceptional.
Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful, from the minute I checked in. They were helpful in orienting me to the area, providing directions, teaching me about interesting things to see in the area, and just being friendly. I felt they went above and beyond duty to take care of ME. It makes a huge difference. |

The front desk staff and maintenance people were very friendly and helpful. Although I never stayed here before, they made me feel like old friends. The lists of restaurants, attractions, etc. with detailed driving directions was EXTREMELY helpful - didn't have to waste time getting directions and worrying if I had heard them correctly. |

The customer service is absolutely outstanding!!! The warm comforting smiles removed any wear a day of travel can sometimes provide!!! Keep up the good work and definitely keep smiling!!! |

This is just a really comfortable and clean hotel. The breakfast buffet was the best that I have ever seen in any hotel. A wide variety of fruits, cereals, juices, coffee, eggs, sausages, and waffles. I have stayed in many motels and hotels in my 27 years as a business man and I would rate this one in the top three overall! |

I was there a full 21 days. There was a sign up that you were the Hotel of 2007 for your chain. I can see why. During my 21 days, I got to know many people by first name. There was ALWAYS a smiling face behind the desk. What wonderful caring people you have working at your Carlisle Days Inn. They went out of their way to make me feel "at home", when I was so far from home. I don't think you have to look very far for your Days Inn of 2008, only as far as Carlisle Pennsylvania. |
